3. Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website only.
• Payments must be made using our accepted payment methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets).
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to ship orders within 2–5 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.
• Trivenya is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events (e.g. weather, strikes).

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during transit
• You received the wrong item
• The package is tampered with or incomplete

• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging
• Once approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 7 business days

• Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
• Refunds are not issued for personal preferences or courier delays.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product was used, tampered with, or not stored properly.

6. User Responsibilities

• Refrain from any fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform
